I acquired degenerative disc disease in my cervical and thoracic spine after a car accident last year, and this condition creates chronic, unmanageable pain. It’s also inoperable, in my case, and causes me great pain, fatigue and exhaustion. I’ve had injections, dry needling and take several medicines for the pain. This product is a game changer! It can get intense if you put it on a high level of intensity and pulse...but when you find the right levels, it is relaxing and comforting. It took a little getting used to it, and it was hard to wrap my head around what I was feeling, but it really works! It is different from anything I’ve used before, but my neck has been soothed and comforted, and I am a happy camper! I would recommend this product for others with DDD and neck/spine injuries that create persistent pain! Wonderful!

First of all, it looks beautiful. After the usage, my neck feels comfortable and relax. I'd like to use it when I am working on the computer. Three modes are available. I just tried my neck massager and I'm in LOVE! I have a disease called Cervical Dystonia which cause very painful muscle cramping in the neck. I just tried out this massager, and I couldn't wait to write a review, because it's so unlike anything I've ever tried before!

I've had other neck massagers in the past, and they were big and bulky. The first thing I noticed about this massager is how light it is, and how comfortable it is to wear. It's totally hands free. You can easily wear this on your neck, while doing other things around the house, or while working at your computer, or whatever. It stays in place with no effort, and it doesn't feel like you have something big/bulky around your neck, and you don't have to hold it in place with your hands. It also makes ZERO noise. You could literally wear this at work, and you wouldn't be disturbing anybody. It's very discrete, and I love that I can talk on the phone, or watch tv while wearing it, without having to deal with any extra noises. And did I mention how comfortable it is to wear? I'm the type of person who normally gets claustrophobic with anything touching my neck, and I found this to be SO comfortable. It didn't bother me at all.

Now let's talk about what this massager does. It doesn't perform any kind of kneading motions, and the electrodes that are in contact with the back of your neck don't actually move around. You have to dampen the back of the neck, which I presume is important in order for it to work. This took 2 seconds - I just dampened a towel and rubbed it on the back of my neck. You don't need a lot of water for this. Then, you'll experience pulsing and vibrations from the device. There is also a heating option! There are 3 different modes, which you can switch easily with the remote. This is super convenient because I don't have to reach up and feel for buttons on the device itself, while it's on my neck. Just remember to click on the + button when you switch modes, in order to experience each mode. The instructions are pretty clear, and once you get the hang of the controls this massager is really easy to use.

My neck really does feel more relaxed after using this product! If you have any sort of neck problems, I highly recommend this, because it's SO gentle and SO light. After using the product, it worked really well and made my neck feel a lot better. I love this so much, ive contemplated putting it into my purse. its a tens unit so if youve ever had physical therapy, you have some idea what it does. it takes a little of messing around to get which setting you prefer but there are 15 options and its basically different variations of tiny pulse patterns. its a very simple and elegant design. it is so lightweight so if i rly wanted to, i could carry it around in my bag. highly recommend for people are prone to stiff necks.

One thing to know is that it starts over the massing cycle when the intensity changes. The heat is also optional and adjustable. You can use wet heat by applying water to your neck before turning the massager on.

After a long day working or studying, this neck massager is the best way to loosen up those muscles. This is different from the other massagers because it uses small electric volts.
